When we receive confirmation that you have read and understood the requirements and policy, we will process your order. Please take the time to carefully read the following ordering procedures.

As of January 1, 2020 our current turnaround time is 14 BUSINESS DAYS (2 weeks) so please plan ahead of time. Keep in mind there is a high volume of orders. Turnaround begins once we have received your order confirmation along with your hair and measurements.

If you need your wig sooner please select the "Jump the Line" option below.

Please take the time to read over your desired wig requirements to make sure that you are ordering the correct wig. Any incorrect orders will be delayed up to 1 week.

**All custom wig services include the construction of the wig, bleached knots, hairline customization, parting of your choice, and silk pressed or left in its natural state. **

YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS TO SEND IN YOUR HAIR. AFTER TWO WEEKS YOU WILL BE REFUNDED AND YOU MUST RELACE YOUR ORDER.

If you are sending in hair from another vendor to use to have your wig made please take in consideration that WE DO NOT MIX HAIR therefore you must send in all of the same hair.

You do not have to select any options for closures or lengths of bundles, please move forward to desired parting and styling.

***IF YOU ARE SENDING IN CUT-UP WEFTS FROM A PREVIOUS INSTALL THERE IS AN UP CHARGE OF $25. THE HAIR THAT YOU SEND IN MUST BE CLEAN, CO-WASHED, AND FREE OF DEBRIS SUCH AS THREAD AND HAIR GLUE. IF HAIR GLUE IS ON THE TRACKS WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO WORK WITH THEM.***

All custom wigs require 3 or more bundles UNLESS you have a small head that is a 20"-21" circumference AND LENGTHS ARE UNDER 16". Head sizes that are a 22" circumference or larger AND LENGTHS LONGER THAN 16" REQUIRES 3 BUNDLES.

This is an add-on item. If you would like a Lace Wig customized or if you want to customize your closures or frontals that will be shipped in or purchased from Kashmir Beauty.

Wig installs include a braid down, scalp moisturizer, installation of the wig, cutting the excess lace, and adding desired baby hairs* (optional)...styling

We will also provide you with tips/maintenance etc...

Lace Closure and Frontal Closure installs take hour and minutes.

Lace Frontal installs typically take hours and minutes.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A WIG, YOU MUST PURCHASE OUR HAIRLINE OPTION WITH THIS SERVICE. IF YOUR WIG IS CUSTOMIZED ALREADY OR USED WE WILL NOT INSTALL YOUR WIG.**

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES LATE YOU WILL CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $20 LATE FEE AND YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED! THE FEE MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RESCHEDULING.

JET BLACK is our only coloring option available.

Is your wig getting old? balding on the lace? etc...

Closure replacements, wig take down etc, you may choose more than 1 option to fulfill your order.

Frontal Closure Wig is the process of turning your old frontal wig into a frontal closure wig. Price includes sending or using cut up wefts.

Lace Closures & Frontal Closures: 5 business days if you send in hair, 7 business days with the purchase of hair

Lace Frontal/Glueless Lace Frontal: 5 business days if you send in hair, 7 business days with the purchase of hair

Jump the Line Turnaround begins the next business day after we have your hair, measurements, and your order paid in full.

Shipping Cost: $12?

All items are shipped via Federal Express and takes about 2-3 business days, includes tracking insurance and requires adult signature at the delivery address provided.

Orders placed after 5PM EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or on holidays will be processed the next business day and shipped.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WIGS!

There is a 25% cancellation fee of your TOTAL ORDER for ALL cancelled wig orders after 24 hours. If you are not satisfied with your wig, we will try our best to accommodate it to your liking but there absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES due to sanitary reasons.
